Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new paid plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with KDP AI Book Maker for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, email us and we'll refund your most recent charge in full — no questions asked, no forms, no hoops.

The guarantee applies to your first paid billing cycle on a given plan (monthly or annual). After the 30-day window, the standard refund terms below apply. Annual plans are also covered for the full 30 days from the initial charge.

To claim, email hello@kdpaibookmaker.com from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Every paid plan can be cancelled at any time from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation is immediate for the renewal — you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your card is never charged again.

You don't need to email us, call anyone, or fill out a form. One click and you're done. Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger a refund — if you're inside the 30-day window and want your money back, follow the guarantee process above.

After the 30-day guarantee window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed, because each cycle gives you immediate access to paid AI generation, which has real per-use costs.

That said, we will still issue a refund in the following cases at any time:

• Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were billed twice or charged after cancelling, we'll refund in full.
• Service failure — if a paid feature was unavailable for an extended period and you couldn't generate the book you paid for, we'll refund the affected period.
• Unauthorised charges — if your card was used without your consent, contact us immediately and we'll refund and help you secure your account.

To request a refund, email hello@kdpaibookmaker.com from the email address on your account, with the date of the charge and a brief description. Most requests are answered within one business day.

You can downgrade or switch plans at any time from Manage billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose access to features you've already paid for.

Cancelling your subscription doesn't delete the books, outlines or covers you've already generated. They remain in your account so you can re-download them at any time. You retain full commercial rights to everything you generate (see our Terms of Service).
