Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service offers a free plan with limited functionality (outline generation only) and paid plans (Starter and Pro) that unlock additional features such as full chapter generation, AI cover design, exports and series memory.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing on 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle.

Your inputs. You retain all rights in the prompts, briefs and other materials you submit (“Inputs”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process Inputs solely to operate and improve the Service.

AI output. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the manuscripts, covers and other outputs generated for you (“Outputs”) to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and the policies of any platform you publish on (including Amazon KDP).

Because AI models can produce similar results for similar prompts, we cannot guarantee that Outputs are unique. You agree not to claim ownership over generic Outputs that other users may also receive.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Is defamatory, harassing, hateful or unlawful.
• Sexualizes minors or depicts non-consensual sexual content.
• Provides instructions for weapons, malware or self-harm.
• Impersonates a real person or misleads readers about authorship in violation of platform rules.

You also agree not to reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to extract our underlying models, and not to resell raw API access to the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI model providers and payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, performance or content of those services, and your use of platforms such as Amazon KDP is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Outputs will be accurate, publishable, profitable, or free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
